A celebration of faith, community, & service

The Anne Wilford Memorial Park honors Anne Wilford, wife of former Memorial Hermann CEO Dan Wilford, celebrating her charitable and family-centered spirit. This pocket park features sculptures and artistic symbols, including bronze medallions representing her faith and community leadership. The bronze fountain top signifies her service and dedication, with the handprints of her grandchildren embedded to symbolize her enduring legacy. Her grandchildren, future trustees of the foundation in her name, will continue her commitment to the community.

I conceived the park's original concept and managed the fabrication and installation of all ironwork and bronze elements. Collaborating closely with the Wilford family and MetroNational’s marketing director, architect, public relations team, landscape designer, and interior design group, I ensured the successful completion of this $100,000+ project, meeting both timeline and budget constraints. My role as Lead Artist involved utilizing skills in client relations, teamwork, critical and strategic thinking, and contemporary art to bring this meaningful project to fruition.
